Anne Freeman 3 Trim Street, Bath, BA1 0HB, O 03/01/2018: This property has had several refused/withdrawn applications for change of use to A3/A5 and my objection/concerns are still the same as submitted for all previous applications. The fact that the tenant has deliberately fitted out the premises as a restaurant in the full knowledge of the previous rejections does not alter the concerns of myself and other residents along with the concerns of Bath Heritage on the previous application.

In the mean time please would you confirm that the applicant has carried out a noise assesment report and provided you with details of the extract system for the kitchen that has already been fitted which should be included within this application for change of use? as i am concerned about noise nuisance and Odours from any extract vent as my bedroom windows are only 12 feet away and above the eaves level of 3 Trim Bridge.
