Frank Tompson Flat 23 Nelson House, Nelson Place West, Kingsmead, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset, BA1 2TL S 10/09/2018: The Two Tunnels Group (TTG) is greatly encouraged by the positive proposals incorporated within the site design which incorporates potential access to the former Midland Railway Bridge (aka the Locksbrook Bridge) via shared use walking and cycle paths to and from the Two Tunnels Greenway and Bath Western Riverside. These will to help in fulfilling the BathNES Council Enterprise Area aspiration to create a walking and cycle path to the north of the current riverside path and eventually Newbridge and beyond included in the Place Making Plan.

We also acknowledge the developer’s willingness to consider refining proposals following discussions with TTG representatives including the potential for a push up/down ramp adjacent to the southern access point to connect the bridge and the Two Tunnels Greenway.

Nicola Macey 9 Bellotts Road, Twerton, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset, BA2 3RT O 26/09/2018: Insufficient parking spaces allocated for the number of dwellings.
The impact on the local area with the construction work will be immense, we are currently experiencing major safety and traffic problems on Bellotts road due to construction traffic.
There is a need in the area for affordable family homes
