Nola Edwards 97 Queen's Drive, Combe Down, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset, BA2 5PD S 16/02/2019: I'm pleased to see that the number of flats remain the same with the mix of bedsits, and one and two bedroom flats unaltered. The green areas and mature trees are an asset not only to the flats but to the area generally contributing to the green infrastructure of Foxhill both as carbon capture and as wildlife habitat. Since the balconies will be removed I would like to see an area for drying laundry set aside in the grounds to help residents keep the refurbished properties dry. I look forward to seeing the flats in full occupation once again 16/02/2019
Tracey Hargreaves 40 Bradford Park, Combe Down, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset, BA2 5PR S 06/02/2019: Make the flats look more modern and up to date externally. Keep the green areas around the outside of the flats as we have lots of birds in the area and it makes the flats look more aesthetically pleasing. The recycling area needs to be improved, it's always full and looks untidy. If the recycling areas were moved inside the buildings this would create more parking spaces and make the parking area look less messy 06/02/2019
Bath Preservation Trust Bath Preservation Trust , 1 Royal Crescent, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset, BA1 2LR R 14/02/2019: Comment: The Trust welcomes the improvement of amenity to these flats, especially in dealing with issues of damp and improving space allocation. We regret the necessity to remove balconies which can present an important amenity for flat dwellers, and we wonder whether there can be a reconsideration to bring about the provision of some form of balcony and/or Juliet balconies to these apartments. We are concerned regarding the proliferation of brick and we hope that it will be the paler Mulberry Park brick rather than the darker one. 14/02/2019
