Mrs J Tanner 42 Brookside, Paulton, Bristol, Bath And North East Somerset, BS39 7YT R 09/07/2018: I am writing this on behalf of my Mother who lives at 9 Valley View Clutton, Bristol. Please could you clarify the following points:-
1. There is no party wall agreement in place.
2. Will the foundation for their end wall adjacent to my mum's property affect mum's garage, shed as foundations will be encroaching mums property?
3. Plans appear to show the eaves of the extension crossing into my mum's boundary.
4. No permission has been asked to access my mum's property for scaffolding, there is a concern to how the end wall will be built. Will mum be able to have access to her garage? There are concerns of potential damage to mum's garage and shed from the build.
